The easiest way for me to do this is by drawing &#8211; hey, I&#8217;m a scribe first!<\/p>\n<p>For the ETWGP, I realized I&#8217;d be doing a lot of this drawing, so I drew a template figure on a sheet of 3.5&#215;5 sketch paper (yeah, one of those little flip-pads) and then put it behind a clean sheet in order to trace the form. This way, all my drawings will have the same figure underneath them (unless the figure&#8217;s pose needs to be altered to best show the garments).<\/p>\n<p>After doing three (yes three) Tang Dynasty outfits, I decided to make my line art available to others as PDFs.
